In this sexy and stylish dark comedy, two outcasts meet under bizarre circumstances: a botched suicide attempt that turns into an accidental homicide. In the aftermath, cynical drug dealer Joe and romantic psychopath Belle are forced to flee from Tel Aviv to Sderot, a target of repeated rocket attacks. However, on their madcap journey to evade police and dispose of the body (which includes car thefts, hostage situations, and a memorable visit to a lesbian bar), their chemistry cannot be denied, and the two fall madly in love. Writer-director Veronica Kedar also stars in this absurd, playful, and tender take on young queer love.
